Undeniably, e-learning has assumed a significant role in advancing the capabilities of organizations within the contemporary setting. With each sector adopting technology as an imperative aspect, the aspect of e-learning has been established as an integral part in inculcating the modern employee with the skills and abilities capable of advancing the organization’s goals and objectives. Indeed, this form of technology acts as a key core competency for firms that are capable of implementing and updating it on a regular basis.
